doesn't work and have tried to call and email to have it fixed, still trying to have my watch replaced from July 2nd and now July 8th with no supervisor available to talk to or return my messages left. worst insurance company to date along with worst cell carrier company Team Mobile, chose a different one and don't use either one of them, waiting on placing a formal complaint against both protection 360 and Team Mobile, originally a Nextel customer so over 20 plus years with them and worst exp.
They don't fix or replace phones as they claim to do. They rather make you use broken phones and make you suffer. Not worth it at all.

They never want to provide free screen replacements, they make you pay a deductible for a used device.
This coverage is garbage. I've paid for it for years, and the first time I file a claim for a cracked screen (as I was told to do at the store), it gets denied. After 10 years of being a faithful customer, maybe it's time to shop for a new provider
$9+tax? for how many years? I've gone through multiple phones, none covered. how in the world, do u even get a claim started, if my phone is missing? verifying my identity, well, that went well, repeatedly. what a waste. I am calm. u calm down. do u see these lowercase letters? 10 bucks a month for ... at least 3 years. more like 6. I can't even get an answer. 36 months× $10=$360, that's a new phone, but my fossil isn't good enough for you? bye. don't reach out, unless u have a new phone for me
I think T-Mobile's system sucks. Ever since I switched from AT&T, I have had nothing but problem s. I have replaced the gateway 2 times, and my phone now takes forever to download anything . The system drops calls, and I am not far from a tower or whatever they use to broadcast the signal. AT&T was bad, that's why I switched. This is far worse 😫

I just installed this only minutes ago. Please give me a few weeks to figure out how it works. I also bought this Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra yesterday. Seems nowadays everybody wants a rating of 5 stars the moment their account is installed! Give me some time. Thank you kindly. If your device gets damaged or stolen, how would you contact this security company? From the reviews I've read, it seems this phone Insurance can't understand, or get any help to the customers! Scary, and disappointing.
