I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but the app keeps crashing I went to an event that well had a lot of issues... I have video proof. I'm good with the app and service so willing to change it and keep using it for future events but I can't get any help since the day of the event.

im sticking with US because we are great. im going to believing in us. there are very SMALL improvements lol customer service is up and running but I keep running into profile change issues, kickback not working, and in person payments not working. me having to use a computer to do some editing to my events is highly inconvenient also. 4/12/2026 support keeps crashing, and when i try to add an event to my calendar, the corresponding app i have on my phone should populate not a browser
