the date of birth field for verification does not update after you use the scroll wheel to change the month, day, year and press ok
the app is full of bugs and the support is beyond horrible. at registration the date of birth does not fix at the date you want, therefore the verification is not possible. the face verification failed 3 times with no further explanation. and to address the issue there is not real human to help you. there is an AI assistant chat bot that can not neither comprehend the issue nor assist to address it. I even tried to send an email or web form to help me with the issue but after a week no response
Unusable. It literally will not verify my ID and of course you cannot talk to a person.
work has tremendously slowed down and when they pay for the task they,ve missed several payments. my pay stubs dont add up. and support dont help.
The app is unusable. When trying to register and enter my date of birth, it kept defaulting to today's date and would not let me enter my actual date of birth. Task Rabbit must be hiring a lot of unskilled, incompetent H1B software developers to run the app now because it is broken and unusable.
yall should hire a tasker to fix the software so people can set their birthday to get their account verified. lol
I think that if a client rebooks more than once, ESPECIALLY without notifying the tasker first OR last minute with less than 24 hour notice, they should have to pay an inconvenience fee.
Tasker was happy to take my money and give me zero tasks after 3 months. I've optimized my profile and made sure my schedule is always open, but unfortunately didn't get a task. My guess is that the platform is just dead in my area and they don't have the integrity to shut it down. Instead they charge you to become a tasker and let you sign up in a geographic area that just doesn't have enough people requesting tasks. Do research for your area before you waste your time and money.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Absolutely horrible. If you are trying to download this app so you can start working and making money on this app, dont waste your time. I downloaded the app, paid for the background check, filled out all the information, everything i was supposed to do, and my account wont activate. the only assistance is AI and USELESS. i have been trying to get active for a month, and im arguing to get my money back currently.
