WARNING TO MANAGERS: if you use this service, you won't get help for after-hours/emergency support. As a tenant: removing ACH?? what's wrong with you? immediate voicemail for support. awful. I'm getting charged an extra $60 this month, but they're making money so why even care right?

I'm shocked that the convenience fee is so outrageously high. why are you charging a $27.00 fee to pay my rent? Like we have money to throw around. The fee could pay another bill . This has to be a mistake.

does fine for most of it's purpose, but doing an inspection after moving in was practically painful. if you didn't exit the area tab you were in often enough (it doesn't tell you how long) then it logs you out and doesn't save a bit of the progress you made. you have to upload your pictures one at a time which is far more tedious than taking 20 pictures of cupboards and walls is to begin with.
