The app is great, I love the rewards. The only bad thing is that the app is constantly glitching. It won't let me update my profile. I'll also submit pictures of my child on there, and it doesn't submit. I've made sure to download the latest version, but I'm still having these glitching problems. I have to go on the website to submit my receipts. It sucks cause I really like the app, but I can't use it. I hope you guys can fix this really soon!
The rewards are no longer worth it. You can use your rewards to buy useless junk, and anything that could be good, like a Barnes and Noble gift card, is always sold out. It probably never existed as a reward in the first place. I would like the Enfamil rebates back, but like every other big company, Enfamil does everything they can to make sure they get more of your money, so they no longer offer even the measly $5 off of their products.
Doesn't let me sign into my enfamil account. It just spins and then returns back to login screen. Very disappointing as I'd like to be able to use rewards.
Can't even get logged in. After putting the login information in, it loads for awhile and takes you directly back to the login page again. Came to the app because I was having issues logging in on a web browser, clearly it didn't matter.
I was having trouble logging in on chrome so I downloaded the app and it still didn't work. I created a new account and it let me in but the app is so glitchy. Any time I open it, it with flash and move when I'm not moving it etc.
cannot upload receipts, check box is in the notification bar and cannot be clicked after taking the picture. the website works when you can login making the app is useless
The app was working fine until recently. Now it logs in but will not load my points. It states it's loading but never loads and when I go to the rewards tab it will just say zero even though I have points. I've recently submitted receipts that were approved but are not reflecting in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. Please fix this as I won't be submitting anymore until done. update - issues still remain and I can no longer read articles.

Setting a profile picture is a bit difficult! When you try and set your profile picture the checkmark at the top is almost out of reach. It took minutes of fiddling to find the right pixel to finally accept the photo for my profile. Maybe try optimizing the app so that it doesn't sit on the overlay where the time and battery life are? Other than that it is a fine app
