a client paid for my services to pilot their game account for 3 weeks. the agreement was in the form of online communication through discord. the client paid for an initial payment and a full payment afterwards that client filed a case on both the transactions that they did and I complied with sending photo evidence. It seems that the service in this app sucks because not only did I not win the case, the email is auto generated by bots and my account is in the negatives. The app and service suck

Ever since the new app update the app sucks. All it is now is an advertisement app. I can't even see previous transactions I have made anymore. THIS NEW UPDATE IS SO STUPID. I REGRET UPDATING IT! You can't even uninstall the update either.
