i opened my aspire card when joe biden just became president $600 limit and in 2023 got 2nd aspire card...today is 2026 and my limit is still $600.and i was stupit and careless to not pay attention that aspire was charging me $15.00 monthly maintenance fee plus $39.00 annual fee? and to add insult i have made 100s of payments never been late 4 years....and to add more insult my 2nd card has $10 mnthly maintenance fee with $29.00 annual fee??i closed my 1st card..and nxt is 2nd...

there sick in the head $175 1st year and year $49 with a head crushing monthly fee of $15 total fees equals $50 n $180.00 $230)(when ure score reaches the good range 650/670 Pay balance in full close the acct n watch for sneaky fees remember aspire is a subprime predator) per year)$230 a year? that's outright pouring salt on an open wound)(pay bal off close it n apply for a prime creditor like capital one n mission lane ect

uodate: still hasrhe same issue and they don't respond. . this is probably the worst credit card app ever. they send you a code you copy it and paste it in and they tell you it's invalid. then they tell you only get three tries but they cut you off at 2:00 and make your account inaccessible. I cannot pay my bills using this app

I can never login. I type in my username then go to pw field and my username has disappeared. back and forth never staying, hit login and it acts like I didn't type anything in. this will be the 2nd time I uninstall this app, first time it wouldn't recognize my username or pw and I had to keep changing it. I can only use the website.

this is the most incredibly frustrating and worst app ever! I cannot login I cannot access my account I cannot pay my bill I cannot contact them this is ridiculous
