Might be the single worst company I have ever dealt with. They will let you order your prescription and then find anyway possible to put it on hold or cancel it. Oh and they won't bother notifying you when they run into problems. You will just get a nice email that they cancelled the prescription that was scheduled for delivery with no reason why. Better yet, the help chat won't be able to help so you will have to call. Now repeat that hour process every time you need to order your prescription
This app is most ridiculous. all I wanted to do was order my prescriptions. Simple and easy. Not possible with this app. Why not a simple go to for ordering your prescriptions?
completely useless for insured patients. this app doesnt work, cant check your coverage, prices or any information on your policy. why even have this app if it doesnt do anything?

In-app chat has been down for days. The OptumRx direct phone number is conveniently missing from the app, and it's also not on the back of my insurance card, so I have to call the main United number and get bounced around like a ping-oong ball to take care of my prescription issues (which can't be handled by the app). It's always something with this mess.
you can successfully log into your account from a trusted device with a secure password, and they still open another app to ask you to receive an MFA token from a third app on the same trusted device. After doing both of those, if you try to contact support they will need to verify yourself a third time, and if the support bot hands you off to a support person another round of verification ensues.

Had a visit via online care. Got reviewed, got a prescription, sent it to a pharmacy. The pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription, and now it no longer seems to exist. Trying to find my order on the website, my history is completely blank. Because it is blank, I don't have the necessary information to log in to this app or their secondary website to see what's going on with my prescription. All while in debilitating pain from gout, because that's the whole reason I'm seeking medical service.
