The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is cleared for use with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors.

The newest member of the FreeStyle Libre family is the most advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology designed to help you make progress:

• Your glucose in real time, anytime [1].
• Be notified the minute your glucose is too low or high. Optional alarms[2] help you know when to take action.
• Real-time readings updated every minute—5x faster than any other CGMs[3].
• Get detailed reports, including your time in range, to better understand your glucose trends and patterns.

COMPATIBILITY
You can only use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors. It is not compatible with FreeStyle Libre or FreeStyle Libre 2 Family of Sensors.

APP INFORMATION
The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors. For more information on how to use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, please refer to the User’s Manual.

[1] A 60-minute warm-up is required when applying the sensor.
[2] Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within [30 feet or 10 meters] unobstructed of the reading device. You must enable the appropriate settings on your smartphone to receive alarms and alerts. See the FreeStyle Libre 3 User’s Manual for more information.
[3] The user’s device must have internet connectivity for glucose data to automatically upload to LibreView.

Sensor seems fine but repeat notification over and over every few second really gets annoying

Too many issues with connecting and readings. Not to mention that once it disconnects from phone, alarm starts going off no matter the time of the day or night. 😩

Worst app ever for losing connection even if the phone or meter is in your pocket or laying on a table next to you .. 04/26/26 still NO resolution and now it loses signal also . The companies response , NOTHING but automated replies to,call customer service which did nothing but waste my time and keep me on hold . As soon as I reach the end of my sensors I'm switching to Dexcom . This company will not be getting money from me or my insurance !!!! And now let the automated reply begin ..

Initially it was not working properly, since then the issue has been resolved... apparently I had 2 versions of the Libre reader conflicting with each other

It's a lovely application, but it disconnects all the time, and does an alarm to tell me that it's disconnected. Definitely don't rely on it. 😒 I'll be looking to switch to something else.

I have continued to lose connectivity and have reset, Uninstalled and reinstalled and still having issues. I have also needed to restart a new sensor 4 times. the insurance will not provide extra sensors because it's an issue with the app not with the sensor. I can't continue using this app if I continue having these issues.

I am running the app on a Samsung Galaxy A35. The app causes signal loss and crashes several times per day. I have done all the permissions, fixes, and it still continues to do this. Beyond frustrating! When the app works, I do find it user friendly.

burns through battery, overheats my s26 ultra! Each iteration of the app gets worse!
