a garbage app that is definitely a crime... 34.5% (and higher) in predator fee charges sounds illegal. it's not the inmates stealing here. Try to add a payment... with all fields entered... error msg, all fields must be filled... no format, no self correcting, no highlight of what's wrong or missing. Congress needs to do away with the jail $ schemes and jail a few fraudsters ripping off common folks. A Total garbage app bow to Stern.

horrible app. Its extremely difficult for it to verify your ID for you to be able to send money to some one. and when you call their number you can never get a hold with some one. even thought you click 9 a hundred times like it says to do.

This app is a scam! Do not deposit money here, they will steal your money, refuse to refund it or even re-appropriate it. they just pocket it. They're thieves and I am reporting to BBB, Google, Facebook and contacting an attorney.
