I've had 3 visits scheduled and approved and each time. he says he's calling me but nothing is coming though on my end. no notifications, no anything. all so permissions needed are turned on and enabled and the other app inmate sales view just shows his name and nothing happens when I clock on out to have the visit... I'm broken bc I've missed 3 visits and can't wait an hour and a half hold time for a customer service rep to never answer the customer service line.

impossible cheap POS app. absolutely the worst platform I have ever used to communicate with a loved one. third world level.

Horrible and and no support within the county or customer service. I call one for help get sent to the other and vise versa and attitude of "oh well" and then even told pay to different area but never connects and told again "oh well that's not our fault and we will refund you" which they did not. So far I don't see anyone happy with this. It's like a true scam who are in cahoots with county officials. I am truly heartbroken too.
