it takes a long time to load / log in. after that I think it works great. I really like being able to answer the questions from home. Edit: some time after I posted this review, the app started working quickly. I mostly wanted to update my comment just to mention that the only Grifols in my area is closing for good on 5/4/26 and I'm greatly disappointed by that.
this app needs work on it bad, it won't keep me logged in then I synced my fingerprint to unlock it. the app won't let me use that feature until I'm logged in...

This app forces you to change your password and if you can't remember it, locks you out. no option to verify in another way such as email link. I hate apps that force you to change your password pointlessly. let me keep my password, and add two step verification if there is such a security concern. and separately, the questionnaire link quits working at random, so even if I'm able to login, I may not even get to answer the questionnaire. these two things make the app rather pointless.
Will not allow me to log in. First time logging in. Then says I need an update. No update available on Google store. Cannot reset password using forgot password. Doesn't send email. Did verify correct email. Seems to be all issues with the app. Very inconvenient for a new customer.

Not only is the app the worst thing on earth, they now expect you to change your password every THREE months. This company is absolutely hell-bent on ensuring they make their user experience as unpleasant and difficult as humanly possible.
Since I updated the app yesterday, I have been unable to schedule a donation. This is more than a little inconvenient. I wish there was a workaround for this.
