MetroPCS Visual Voicemail may use infrequent, free SMS messages to communicate with the Voicemail server.
An Unread Messages widget is now included with MetroPCS Visual Voicemail. On most Android devices you can add the Visual Voicemail widget by long pressing on any free space on your home screen, selecting 'Add Widgets', and choosing the Visual Voicemail widget from the alphabetical list.
wont even open
Doesn't seem to want to load the app at all. Every time I try to open it, it doesn't load past the image of the woman holding a cellphone.

I keep getting an error message when trying to activate this app.
it won't open
App stopped downloading vm's ~ May. T-Mo pop-up notifications showed incoming vm msg's, and I also rec'd emailed transcripts of vm's (a Visual VM feature), but still no downloaded VM transcripts. Nothing worked (turn-off pwr saver, turn off wi-fi calling, enabled all permissions, etc), until I cleared cache & data, at which point the app completely reset, losing all of my previous transcribed VM's. Hey TMo, if you wanted me to update the app, just do it,instead of making me start all over. WT
this is the best visual voicemail app ever
no matter how many times I tap on the photo, it won't open!
it doesn't work so I deleted it
It just opens as a picture of a woman holding a phone with the text saying "Welcome to Visual Voicemail". No option for "next", or any way out of the screen.
