Half assed app that doesn't support passkeys or sign in via Google. Both easy to implement but I imagine they're quite happy leaving it as a lazy electron wrapper instead. No point in using this over the website which has more features. EDIT: Only installed for the invoicing which I've also discovered just has a massive "Open in Web Dashboard" button so app is even more pointless then previously thought
Had nothing but problems from day one, using stripes tap to pay, never worked, I've had to use customer manual card payments, costing 50p a time. nothing at all wrong with phone everything set up as it should be. stripe are not claiming responsibility for this, I guess they block tap to pay, cos they make more money on manual card payments. wish I never left PayPal Zettle. stripe is way to expensive. I'll be removing my business from this platform and claiming compensation for payments lost.

customer service is horrible
they hold your payments for weeks and they take a. large fee.Nnow. they won't even let me cancel my account.I will be the first to sign up for their future class action suit because they just about damaged my business.
awful ,extremely high processing fees and then they hold your money for 10 days but don't tell you until they process your payment .
they closed my account, for no reason, after few weeks started to refund my clients, after my clients for their items, few weeks after they got the refund. don't use Thier service! no people to talk with, they like a boot
I have used Stripe for years and thought it was amazing, but it all changed overnight when they decided to suspend my account with no warning for what they claimed to be 'conduct characterized as unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices'. It made NO SENSE. So I asked them where the 'unfairness', 'deception' and 'abusive practices' are, and then they changed their reason to 'users who share revenge porn or sexually explicit content without consent'. WHAT?! Liars and thieves. Unreal.
ZERO STARTS because on the app to create a stripe account it's extremely slow so you wait minutes or an hour and then the page is stuck at the top refusing you to swipe down to press continue to answer the questions and so then you go to the website and quess what their website is down and their team is working on it and also the 10 character password not worthed
You can't access to information about Stripe Capital and more. needs more update and when you got the App its doesn't allow you to sing in via web site its send you to the app again, but the app doesn't has every information that we need
