app not working
This is a great app
When you forget youir pass word & Usersname ykou can't change it. No one answeres the phone at the number they provide. When yoou are sick youo don't need this aggravation from a system!
horrible ever since 2 weeks ago, I can't get into my portal and I'd like to know why
The app doesn't like to load extremely delayed. Great way to manage medical if it actually worked.
really hard to sign in
horrible app, I can't even pay my bill anymore because it won't load the website to enter an account number that I don't have!
I wouldn't even give it a star of I didn't have to to leave a review. This app is horrible first of all you have to rest password and/or username everytime you login. Going through all those steps over and over again is freaking ridiculous. Then the layine of your test results is terrible. I like the old app so much more. Fix this one or keep the old one. Need to test your apps before changing them. Very disappointed...

This app absolutely SUCKS NOW!! It used to be a terrific app. NOW, every time I try to log in it tells me my password is wrong...etc, etc, etc. JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!! PLEASE FIX IT!!
