No service support. I have had these for years and all of a sudden I can't log in. credentials saved on my phone, for years. now I can't access my lights. no phone call back after leaving a message and no follow up email. ZERO SUPPORT!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
worst integration possible for home setups. invited a family member for shared access, and all devices disappeared from my network. will never recommend this to another person for home setup. now I'm looking into a separate app for home security setups.
I bought these with the intention to create cool affects in my room.. but to add them as a group, I cant create diy displays. even if you create one on one bulb- cant apply it to your group. I am disappointed you cant create your own sequences with specific timings.. and can only use the ones provided?! This is just frustrating. The page isn't that customizable either. Focus less on your AI and marketing and please just make it a better application in general with more features.
I want better widgets. I should be able to change my light bulbs's color through the widget without having to open the app
was working great. now it constantly shuts down after every change I make. have to repeatedly re-open to do what I want to do.

Got new router and now I can't connect
perfect for me. Works amazing.
It still needs a little work. Especially the AI part of it. For instance I told the AI to make the lightbulb purple, which it did, but it kept flashing it on and off. Tried everything I could think of to get it to just have purple light at one intensity I tried asking for 50% intensity 80% too. I even tried threatening it with a dominatrix AI. ...nothing changed ... the same stupid on off pattern would not stop until I told it to cease and desist, then it promptly turned the bulb off.
