great app easy to use.very user friendly m
App is slow, when it decides to load at all. Have to close and reopen it several times to get it to work. Sucks. The other laundry room app my complex use to have worked so much better. Only use this if you hate your residents.
UPDATE 7.6.26: This app is a scam. It blocked me from my account. I try to reset my password and NOTHING. I have money in my account and it wants me to create a new account. BS. Update 6-18-26 this and the previous app have the machine times ALL WRONG. It alerts you the cycle is finished about 10 minutes before it actually finishes. FAILURE ..... Update 4-27-26, App reminds me my wash is finished, about 10 minutes before it's done..Terrible app. Some functions on the app do not work.

It would be good if we could actually report machine issues to this app rather than having to type out issues to our property manager. A lot of residents don't realize that when they do report issues to this app it actually doesn't report the issue. Machine issues go under reported to be fixed in a reasonable time frame because residents figure when they report to this app it goes thru. Except it doesn't. Our apartment manager thinks we can report to the app. Turns out we can not.
The app got stuck on add more this is my first time using this app and nothing works devices when I didn’t have other devices to add
I hate that you have to do 60min wash and like50 min dry you should be able to do lower times
I want to give it 5 stars but the initial set up can take a minute. if you aren't app savvy it might take you a bit longer. but once set up. very easy to use!

Edited post developer reply: Also you'll never be able to unsubscribe from these stupid rewards emails. The form does nothing and doesn't even have their logo original: I received an email today from this terrible app, here's what it said: Our new rewards portal that turns shopping with your favorite retailers into redeemable rewards redeemable for laundry. this is some of the most dystopic, ultra-capitalist, we'll-track-you-and-your-spending-habits-till-you-die type of stuff.
