Not being able to do mobile check in sucks in this day. Please add a tablet layout for foldable devices. Foldables are in their seventh generation and need to be supported properly instead of giving us a stretched out app with poor usage of space. Please add Dark Mode support. This has been a feature in Android since version 9.0. We are in version 16 of Android and we still don't have this feature support from you guys. It's unacceptable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white in 2026.

Tried to book a hotel with points and cash, it said "Sorry were unable to process your request, please try again later, or contact us." It charged me 3 times. It took 2 hours on the phone with cust rep to get refunded over $800, as soon as 7-10 business days. Thanks to this app there goes my vacation.
randomly stops working. today I had to reset password. uninstall and reinstall 3 times and the app still will not allow me to log in. now I am stuck waiting 24 hours for IT to sort it out. had zero issue yesterday and I use this app for work, with reservations being made every week. incredible hassle to change password and go thru the Uninstall process all to have no solution. previous solution worked, but now app is unavailable yet again. this is almost weekly at this point.
ihg hotels steal customer deposits. very shady business practices.

I have used this app off and on, every time I use it. I understand why I've not been using it. I recommend, skip this one.
always super nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds for a person that's having neck surgery. always enjoy my stay.
