the app works fine it's just a mess to look at. Nothing is organized in any desirable way. Trying to find the deli from the home page...good luck

This app is horrible. It is non-intuitive and extremely difficult to navigate. The categories make no sense and have no filter options. It's frustrating to use I'd rather find a different grocery store.

It's ok for finding objects when shopping, but it will not let me pay because it's having problems with adding my address after I deleted an old address. That sucks!

The layout is horrible, and its dark mode makes it unusable. It takes too long to load and search.

This app had a disastrous glitch when I ordered groceries for pickup. My estimated total was around $200 for groceries for the month. By the time I picked up my order, got home, and checked the receipt they had charged me over $400!!!! because my order for 2 onions somehow turned into an order for 73 onions!!!! I received 2 onions btw. after tracking down what happened the only explanation was app glitch. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Will never use app or shop harris teeter again
