Giga needs to go the way of the Dodo, what a useless package of bytes.
10 day customer then Frontier Internet out 3 days, Fri-Mon(tech. on 18 said I was unplugged on Friday), on 18 hrs, out 24 again, 2 weeks later out noon til 10 pm, 6 days later, currently out with an estimate that we'll be out 8 hrs out again til 9pm... the afternoon outages seem scheduled and cover the same hours each time. most likely involving scheduled work on the current installation project in this area.

Trying to Pay My Bill for the last 2 weeks but Keeps Circling
App gets very laggy and freezes often (especially during chat which leads to responses being garbled).

app has not been working for the past 3 weeks I ordered an upgrade for my internet service for eero and I can't even use it until they give me access to the app
this app is a joke..... I love the internet its been amazing, but when it comes to the app everytime its a gamble to see if I can log in. Then it gets worse when you go to the website cant login there either. please for the sanity I have left fix it. thank you.
Terrible app. I cannot cancel my service (internet) on the app. Customer service is closed on weekends (phone) but I sure can upgrade service over the app. Make it make sense.
