Every time the app is opened it automatically initiates an unlock of the apartment front door. I could be on the other side of the building trying to unlock a different door and it will still unlock the front apartment door first. Massive security flaw that I'm shocked made it into the app given how consistent it is across all the users I've spoken to in the building.

Problem with your phone? - can't get into your home, nice. Also, doors always lock behind you, can't carry anything using both hands, because one hand must use the stupid phone to unlock the door.

significantly worse than the previous 'Latch' app. s Door is slower and some key features were removed. Residents at the property where I work always complain about these devices not working properly as well. fob access is still preferred by most.

when did we as a society outgrow regular keys WHY DO I NEED AN APP FOR THIS THAT DOESNT LET ME INTO MY BUILDING HALF THE TIME

This replaced the Latch app from the same service, but it's almost identical and has all the same issues. I suspect they renamed it just to disassociate it from the previous negative reviews. They've also emailed me, no exaggeration, 18 times telling me I need to switch to this app despite the fact I did so a month ago. I miss analog doors.
