can't sign into the app at all
NOTHING BUT S RUN AROUND WITH so called customer support. I have been trying get my account of hold for 3 days. The number the app gives you to call is for Factrac. call the number they tell mebl my card isn't locked and get in touch with Cumberland Farms for problems with the app. I have called 5 times today and every time I speak to person they transfer me and to press 7, and I end up back with their automated helper, which is absolutely no help. I think it's time to buy my gas else where.
don't always work just downloaded it.and it said to update! just did! but won't work..I'm not happy about this 😕
