robot when instructed to vacuum only gets stuck stating to remove the mop which is not attached then after reset tries to mop and then gives error
this app suck
it's a good app but when I whent to set up on the pick a wifi app it did not show enough it's like it's to small an you can only run the vacuum once perday witch makes no sense vacuum is shark matrix.

Seems to be working fine. Had some difficulties loading the app on my phone (Fold 5)but works well on my wife's phone (Note 20 Ultra). Other than that, didn't have any issues.
Highly recommended if you need help around the house if nobody's around to help you, with sweeping and vacuuming duty
Difficult to log into. App freezes and buttons no longer work. Attempt to open functionality in browser and achieve the same results. No longer compatible with Google Home application.
You can't schedule by room! This makes no sense for a large house with people on different schedules. Other vacs have this and if I knew I wouldn't have purchased the shark. Other features work good so far but I hear in comments that it may forget the room setup frequently.

the vacume is great. the app needs work. I'm at a loss as to why I can't schedule select rooms on certain days and times. I have to manage the cleaning manually because the app won't allow me to schedule rooms individually for automatic cleaning
