Stupid horrible app
A little difficult updating my cc, but all in all, thousands of times better than going through unintelligible Asian customer service reps!
service is too often out.
the cox app is not working for me. I tried changing both id and password and still doesn't recognize me.. i need the app to work. it's how I pay for my service. I am still unable to sign in. I called Cox, the agent wasn't able to help...Such a large company and their website isn't responding. I am so frustrated.

I've had cox for a while now and the service is the best by far!
my bill clearly says due 7/8 and today is the 5th but service got "soft" disconnected until I paid up TODAY!? I have been a customer for 20 years, what tf is this bull? Moving to another service ASAP!
Cox services have great customer service, high quality internet and the app is also very easy to use.
