Room for improvement MFA - Can you at least add SMS texting and keep me from digging through my email? Demo ride waivers - why have I loaded my drivers license 10 times? can't you just add it to my profile? Uploading copy of cashiers check for financing - this never worked.

7/2/26 Update: Still no useful info in the What's new section. Minus another star. 8/1/23 What's New section just says "Bug fixes." Come on guys, this tells the user absolutely nothing. If you want feedback and bugs reported, least you can do is indicate which bugs have been fixed and enhancements implemented. Don't be so lazy, you're better than this, at least I hope so.

This app used to be good. really good. Now, I get 15+ notifications a day about my battery being low. Nope. it's 52%. There are 215 miles to go. The software in the car is even more pressing. Fix it Rivian. Give users the option to set their percentage for notifications rather than spamming us. Get your act together.

compared to the Tesla app, this thing is rough. constant login loop and failing to wake vehicle often. they need to have a better experience to pair with a 100k vehicle. unacceptable

All I wanted to do was charge my car. I spent 15 minutes downloading the app, setting up an account, and setting up a payment method, etc. After I got done with all of that, the app couldn't locate the charging station I was at and there's no way to search for a charging station by its unique ID or anything that would make sense. So in the end I had to call the support number and the guy was able to activate the charging manually from his end. Dumb app. Basically one step above a scam.

Getting better, but still need to open app daily for Phone as Key feature, although Bluetooth music connects without intervention. Please change widget lock/unlock buttons to be a single toggle, so all 5 button options (e.g., vent) can fit. And move Vent Windows function under Climate. Needs charge Amp control within app.

app signed me out and then no matter what I do now cannot get phone key to set up again. really frustrating
