Doesn't load at all
We have a 5-year active subscription that was locked out after app update.
If you buying a new car, do not get the this app and the mandatory location. this app sucks and never tells me the right location. I urge you plea your case and not get that option and save your money. this app sucks, there management sucks, because they still haven't fixed the issue. I do not reccomend
very limited options , can't open doors remotely
Can not set any alerts on this app. Every time you enter a value and go to click ok the box starts to flicker and jump around. Without the alerting feature this app is kinda pointless.
it's meh, the app before was better, this one is stuck with old information from over a month ago.
The app doesn't match mileage
The app goes off line every so often. it will leave off locations of trips for 2-3 days then all of a sudden it reconnects with missing information but more mileage than what the actual vehicle odometer is showing. It didn't connect to the dealer to schedule service so still had to call for an appointment. it never showed where the dealer ran diagnostics testing or where they did the oil change.
