So much timing buffering, and most of the time show doesn't even play even with good internet connection. starting to feel this Prime Video is not worth the hassel

The app has a problem. When I try to create a new account, I give it my email and a new password, but it asks me for a one-time password (OTP). I've been waiting for hours, but there's no solution. It just says it's been sent. I hope you can fix this problem.

App doesn't work. I would have the best internet connection, and the video will still buffer for quit a bit. After the buffering finishes, I would get at least 2 mins of ads. even if the ads aren't supposed to be playing.

Terrible experience watching on my tablet. The picture keeps stretching out and zooming in. I have to select the picture in picture icon to shrink it then hit the maximize arrows to enlarge it a couple of times to get the correct size. It also won't add re-watched shows to Continue Watching and I have to use search to find them. It then loses my place if I close down an episode I'm watching again. Really poor.
