Great app it works as intended
This app kicked me out IN THE MIDDLE OF WATCHING A MOVIE and is now saying the device is 'not part of my household'. It keeps saying I have used up all of my updates and 'away from home' so I can't log back in. This is ridiculous. I am trying to have a movie night with my family and instead of being able to use a service I am ALREADY PAYING FOR I will have to rent it on Amazon instead. I am about to cancel this service and never purchase another disney product again.

there is no point in a streaming app if it doesn't work on tablets. it constantly freezes or doesn't open. I have tried all the tips and tricks. I can't restart an app every time I want to watch something. the content is also very limited and not child friendly.
Very poor quality app functionality across all devices. Takes forever to open, constantly signs me out, and kicks me out of my show at least twice a day. Many issues with freezing, buffering, and general slowness and unresponsiveness. Nearly useless. Even though I pay for this, I would rather use something else free, like Tubi, since I have to watch adds with my Disney account anyway, at least another streaming platform works better/is more reliable!
doesn't work. made me add it to my household twice last night and now telling me I've "used" all my household adds tonight but still not recognizing the same device I've used all my household adds on :'(
Great viewing options only down side is the app often freezes when trying to choice what to watch. This happens on Android and webos devices. (Galaxy s21+, Google TV, LG C7). Slowly getting more content and worse features. Constantly have it saying I am away from home while standing in my house connected to the same network as always. Adds (previews) are becoming annoying.
I would like to see the catalogue before subscribing. I'm not paying for anything until I know what I'm actually buying. Sorry, but this is one customer you've lost.
can you try to fix Disney because I try to watch a movie for kids and a stupid error pops up saying the movie meet the Robinsons is not authorized for my account
