Amazon Prime Video has become one of the most disappointing streaming services. I already pay for a Prime subscription, yet I'm forced to watch frequent advertisements. What's the point of paying for a premium service if it feels like free TV? Amazon keeps increasing the cost to customers while reducing the quality of the experience. While the service has some good shows, the home recommendations are mostly uninteresting, old titles. I’m forced to search manually for everything, which is useless if I don't know what to watch. Worse, the video quality is terrible. Despite having a strong connection that streams 4K easily on YouTube, this app lacks even a 1080p manual quality option. Very disappointing.

I am a prime customer since years and never had to see Ads watching videos or movies. Now, even after paying INR 1500, we need to see 3-4 ads in a video. This is ridiculous and the experience is getting worse and probably switch to a better service provider who facilitates ad free experience after paying a subscription fee.
