"I am filing a formal complaint against Spectrum regarding their intentional software feature-gating on Google TV/Android TV platforms. I purchased a TCL Smart TV specifically to use as a self-contained, wireless outdoor unit to avoid the need for extra hardware. While Spectrum's app for Samsung TVs fully supports numeric channel entry, Spectrum has intentionally left this code out of their Google TV app. By doing so, they are actively forcing customers to buy or rent an external hardware device

Lousy app. Constantly fails to connect. There are much better and cheaper options available.

FIRE EVERYONE who thought this was acceptable. Take paychecks BACK from ANYONE who wanted Text to Speech. Obviously not good at anything because if they were they'd realize hiding passwords is meaningless when the voice SAYS THE PASSWORD OUT LOUD! My remote has a QWERTY keyboard anyways. PLUS, I type my password and the app says no, but it works on my phone. Just copy Comcast.
