The app did not work at all. Aside from frankly lazy UI design, the one and only job that the app has to do wasn't even accomplished. My clothes lay unwashed and I am disappointed.

I am running a residential program at a college and the app is not letting anyone upload or use the machines. This needs to be fixed.

The service is spotty at best, and will eat your money at worst. And when you try to contact support, not only do they not help, they don't even bother to respond.

App works well very easy to pay for laundry needs and alot easier than manually.. notification of finished laundry not so good
