love that you can use an app to keep track of your Kaiser laundry out and alerts to your phone and it's easy to load money
pretty to use app
The app did not work at all. Aside from frankly lazy UI design, the one and only job that the app has to do wasn't even accomplished. My clothes lay unwashed and I am disappointed.
the app just doesn't work and 95 percent of the camp depends on it for laundry this is bad. đź’€
I am running a residential program at a college and the app is not letting anyone upload or use the machines. This needs to be fixed.

Clean and my favorite place to go to wash clothes.
The service is spotty at best, and will eat your money at worst. And when you try to contact support, not only do they not help, they don't even bother to respond.
App works well very easy to pay for laundry needs and alot easier than manually.. notification of finished laundry not so good
absolute waste of my time and extremely frustrating. tell me, what is the point of digital payment if I have to load the account with cash. moronic.
