Description

With the new mobile application for your Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card, you can manage your money conveniently and securely from your mobile device. The mobile application is free to download for the cardholders whose card number starts with 533248. You need to register again with your card details prior to logging in the first time.

Please Note: If your card begins with 511563 DO NOT download this app. Please look for the yellow Direct Express® logo with a description stating that the app is for cards which start with the numbers 511563.

When you sign up to receive your federal benefits on the Direct Express® card, you will receive your payment every month without having to worry about cashing your check or having it lost or stolen. Instead of receiving a check, your money will be automatically deposited to your Direct Express® card account on payment day. You can use your card to make purchases at stores that accept Debit MasterCard®, withdraw cash from Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and get cash back when you make purchases. You can also use your debit card online to make payments and to also buy money orders at the U.S. Post Office.

bank has been red flagged got rid of the account 2 months ago.Still red flags?I think it was over a ten dollar mail ticket at ihop...lol...lol

ordered a replacement card & activated it and used it once. to find out my balance I had to hold 90 minutes for a representative to make me send pics of my I. d. front and back and a selfie for verification thru a link to tell me they'd call me back and didn't give a time limit for that phone call and then they locked my card, I can't use the mobile app, won't even let me register my card and it's unacceptable and using my benefits shouldn't be this much trouble, especially for my balance. sucks

The card does NOT work anywhere. The card has to be manually typed in to work. And I can no longer make a transfer from it to my Chime account.

Do not use this card.. They wont let you use it online if you do they lock it and make you get a new one. Then if you have money on it and cant pay your bills they dont care. Its happened to me two different months and if its your money you should be able to use it any where you want to. They do not have the right to stop you from using it online. After doing this twice I tried to do direct deposit on another card and I have to contact SSA. I guess to get their approval.
