Rain, I don't have an employer. My income comes from SSI disability and my income is guaranteed and deposited every month. Why you can't locate SSA/SSI is beyond me. Ya'll full of 💩💩💩💩

Everything was good until it wasn't anymore... So I changed my rating back to 5 because there was no error on their part. My hours worked did not register on the app because my DM had to approve and submit the timesheet to payroll. So I'm assuming anytime there's an edit to hours worked and/or an alternate submission to payroll, Rain doesn't acknowledge it. Carry-on, keep up the good work .

this has been a horrible experience, recently switch to a new device, entered wrong login credentials & all I needed to do was update my password in which app wouldn't allow so I contacted support ( which btw is a nightmare itself) initiated contact with support 6/15/26 & here it is 17 days later & the issue still has yet to be resolved, mind you this includes multiple emails & calls to support still not resolved

I started a new job a few weeks back and this is my first experience with Rain. It took me a week to even create an account because the app couldn't verify my personal info. Now, after finally able to create an account, I cannot access my money. I was informed I could access Jun 28, only now to be told not until next payroll which is July 12. I regret that I got myself into a financial jam to even have to consider using this unprofessional terrible service. They're either incompetent or scammers
