Yuka uses a simple color code to inform you of the product's impact on your health: excellent, good, mediocre, or poor. You can access a detailed info page for each product, to help you understand its grade.

i think i have been using yuka for like 2 years on and off and it has helped me with some food and beauty product choices but i do wish it gave more recommendations for certain things. also i get that search is premium only for no ads but a free trial would be nice!!!

Awesome app! very helpful with food choices!!!
awesome app. its free and you can scan an unlimited amount of products. sadly it doesn't support some dietary products, or an option to see heavy-metals (fish). the database is impressive already. I still hope they add more. adds a whole new lens, and had me throw away some unhealthy stuff I was deceived to buy.

this app saved me and My families lives. not even kidding. We had no choice but to stop eating bad food. one thing of Walmart ice cream has 11 additives that cause cancer. The box doesn't say this. Lack of education fuels the obesity epidemic.
I really love this food review app. It's especially handy when shopping at Trader Joe's, Target, Costco, and Whole Foods. You can easily carry it around, and it scans most products to give you an instant food score, making it very helpful for deciding which items are good and which aren't. Honestly, it's a lifesaver!
