Registration for flowbird is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location that utilizes the flowbird app. Caution: flowbird is not available everywhere, please consult the list of eligible locations on our website.

The UX should be more user-friendly. The user should be able to easily insert a new payment method (without having to wait for booking a ticket), to save time. The user might be in a hurry.

they take your info without telling you you don't need the app at all. Just a credit card at the metro area.
Very buggy. Always says I can't connect to my bank. Happens a lot. Tried reinstalling and many other things. Basically useless. I had to use the pay station again. Downgraded to 1 star. I still can't connect to my bank. Had to use the pay station again. I almost got a ticket since I couldn't use the app to extend my time.
Worst app experience ever. Not clear that you expect the name of the city vs street when the prefilled list contains options that are neither a street or city. The app doesn't connect to Google Wallet to let me select a credit card already on my phone. Instead I have to get out my credit card which at that point I could have just paid the meter. It also doesn't remember my credit card from the last time I parked. On the second time I used the app I gave up after 10 mins and used the meter.

horrible app the thing takes multiple tries to open and why is there no option to park at the same spot everyday, I have to search it up every time.
when the app does work its great. unfortunately it only works 40% of the time for me. I just tried to park in front of a meter with a flow bird sticker on it. it would only let me pick a spot a block away. I paid at the meter.
