Just started playing a few days ago, but so far it's definitely one of my favorite games I've downloaded in quite some time. Only adds if you want chest keys or gold. Adds are not mandatory and that's absolutely amazing. Slap this one with 5 stars all day.

It's a great game, really! Regular updates, good RPG progression and I've been playing and supporting the game for over a year and a half. I've edited my previous negative review because the dev actually listened to the bad feedback from the players.

it's... fine, if you don't mind grinding for possibly years on end. or spending cash on it. Main gameplay is like Archero but with a bit more RPG involved. key word being "bit". rifts are worse versions of Archero/Vampire Survivor: No pause button, no reroll/take all mechanic. did I mention no Pause button? as in at all. it's fine as something to maybe keep the boredom away while waiting for something else to get interesting... but that's it. would personally just stick with Archero.

The game can be entertaining until ~150 character level. Repetitive gameplay with no variety comes even earlier. Many different types of weapons, but all of them feel the same. Absolutely no interesting quests (identical formal "kill x mobs"). Absolutely idiotic grind wall at lvl ~160 with no adequate way to grind and get stronger (you'll be at ~30k total power, while the quest will expect you to have ~70k). Log in every day, collect a tiny bit of resources, and wait for the next day. Sad.

Pay 2 Win yes the game is free and you can play it with no ads which is awesome! you can choose to watch ads for certain items. But at some point it becomes clearly pay 2 Win. there is no excitement or purpose to open any chest no purpose or excitement behind taking down a boss because I haven't switched out a single item in probably 15 hours. everything that drops from a chest or boss is garbage they even tell you that by having an auto salvage mechanics.... that you have to pay for!
