it was working well for me and I hit two payouts from yarn flow that I didnt received i complaint about it two different times and you guys hit me with 5 business day its been 9 day for my second complaint but the funny thing is im getting payouts for other games so what's really going on
its a good app i did cash out at one point...it was a struggle but I did get the cash tho...however recently i downloaded a game and wasn't getting credited so i went to report it but where the option is to chose what game is having trouble i wouldn't let me choose the game i downloaded... and just today it let me download a game but it say it didn't download soo...i think im going to take a break from this app until they can fix it a bit more

I love the app. It is a great way to get a little extra money, but for the last two days, it has been nothing but glitches. The app requires you to login but won't work, or it says bad gateway. Since last night, I haven't been able to use the app.

Someone logged in as me and requested payment. That day I reached out to them asking them to cancel it. They then responded payments can take up to 3 days & to be patient. I responded back reiterating to cancel it as I didnt request it. They didnt respond. I opened another ticket & said the same thing. 2 days later they responded back saying it was paid out and that it wasn't their fault that an unauthorized 3rd party accessed it. I asked why they didnt cancel it when I asked them, & no response
Installation of the games is finicky and didn't actually register my download of the game it wanted me to play(yes I used their link), plus it says they may require a face scan when you request a withdrawal of the money you earned, which is frankly terrifying. Uninstalling and never touching again.
For some reason, it's not letting me log in back in my account. It's saying, 403 forbidden. I need somebody to fix that problem for me. I'm tired of this app and I'm not deleting it until I get my money. I work for
I like the app. I have played and cashed out twice so far. but I downloaded a new game today and it states to play for w mins to unlock all. I have received rewards already and the list is still locked I can't see the quest! don't know what is happening.
