We are experiencing an issue where live data is duplicating and creating an infinite scroll on the A30M device. Additionally, custom data is not displaying any information and appears blank on the Samsung S23 Ultra.
bought it for a vauxhall Corsa F, zero special function working , emailed app support - no answer - looks like wasted money again

didn't have space in my anroid phone so ,was ask to delete, due to space unavailability.
Unable to Scan anything other than generic OBDII codes now, keep getting the same message "VW Fail" "Renault Fail" "SEAT Fail"

i hope this app can tell what is wrong with those read like too high too low, maybe red color. otherwise nothing special.
Update: Working now. So far pretty great. A little Glitchy with network failed when attempting update. Needed to toggle wifi to cell data or vice versa a couple times. Maybe toggle airplane mode? Customer support has responded quickly to a couple issues and questions. 2019 RAV 4 North America, Galaxy S26 ultra, Xtool A30M, pairs and does nothing! Won't connect to Bluetooth. Emailed to customer support. Will update when resolved.
Good app that is easy to navigate and use. I don't really have any glitches or issues with it. I can do a surprising amount of stuff with this and the a30m. What is really annoying me right now is that the app won't allow me to scan a car until I update the stuff for the car. I used to be able to scan without updating, but now I have to wait before I can use it.
good functionality when vehicle supported. takes them awhile to get new models added. took an entire model generation for them to add the ford maverick. when your vehicle is supported, the functionality is good and you get a lot of data for cheap. I appreciate not having a subscription and being able to atleast see live data and in depth diagnostic tools without needing a $5000 scan tool.
