This mobile game is terrible. I play on a high end phone, yet cannot select my discards, nor select targets with multiple cards on the screen to select from. Feel really bad. Stick to PC or paper. Avoid if you can.
Edit: even better job Devs. the game rocks on phone now. don't know what sorcery you gone done did to fix it, but you gone done did it perfectly 🪄
The app is pretty well made. Easy to navigate and beginner friendly if needed. My only complaint is not having an option to chat with your opponent or even a lobby chat in between matches.
The last review was 2022 and now in 2026, the game is terrible. They do midweek magic for standard and expect you to be able to build a deck from the last 3 sets? Unless you have a bunch of money or don't work so you spend endless time playing in "events". The economy in this game is non existent. You either spend or wait months of saving coins just to get mana screwed 3 games in a row on an event and then you get nothing in return. Packs are too expensive and only give 8 cards. Don't play this!
it feels a little rigged but it flops luck back and forth and if you just build a deck with infinite draw around also making treasure you can bypass the algorithm. expect to draw 13 lands in a row before a usable card and stack your sideboard with big crazy cards you never use like avacyn or eldrazi to confuse the matchmaker.
Love playing arena on PC but lately over the past few months on mobile (using an S21) it crashes all the time.. now as of today it crashes when you hit download for the update and is essentially useless now
love it.
