Maybe CapitalOne Shopping works great on a desktop PC, but on a smartphone, not so much! A totally non-intuitive interface here that relies on Accessibility settings to surveil all screen activity in order to intercept shopping and coupon activity?! No freaking way! Also, Shopping app literally drains the battery faster than eBay app. This despite the most recent update "performance improvements"! You need a totally new architectural rewrite. Try again. I'll stick to the Windows PC version!

A major time waster. You are promised a giant rebate, make the purchase, wait up to 90 days, and nothing happens. The app gave me an error message when I submitted documentation after not getting a rebate and told me to email it in. I got an auto-reply that the email is not monitored. They don't care about wasting your time!

Have been denied numerous purchase rewsrds, some of which were purchases explicitly made because of offers from capital one. "magic link"sign in system is incredibly broken. If it worked and customer service/the company stood up behind the offers it would be an easy 5 stars.
