working great no complaints
Had the sensor plugged in for a few months and then I received a phone call and text that Ting had detected an issue. After one phone call they were able to help me find the problem (a failing bathroom fan with light) and I was able to resolve the problem before it became any bigger! Great to have!
really enjoy how it let's us know about brown outs, power surges, and etc.
if you have particularly an older home or a home that has been through some trauma with a flood or tree damage Etc this app and device will give you peace of mind, that you cannot get except hiring a master electrician to check your wiring. highly recommended

Ting keeps track of my wall voltage on an hourly basis. Tell me when there's a problem with the socket or breaker it's associated with. I can find/correct the issue quickly.

I was impressed that they detected an issue and walked me through how to isolate it to reproduce the issue. They offer up to $1,000 credit in order to fix an issue the device detects. I did a lot of research after the fact. The device has limitations it doesn't find quick catastrophic issues, but they detected a potential issue with our outlet or breaker.
Its like a having eyes in your walls to protect you. After going through a house fire, I will never be without Ting again. The feeling of being safe & secure is worth everything to me.
