Apr 2026 Update: I reached out to support in early March, over a month before the April update. The new update didn't fix my issues. My Library tab on my Android phone & tablet say I'm offline and downloads won't display in downloads. The app seemingly always has something broken. And one more thing while I'm here, the comic organization could be better. You have to start at Batman #1 and scroll hundreds of issues into the 2000s. Should have feature to sort by year/issues
3.5 stars. The service is amazing, to have this much of DC at your fingertips. However, the app has several issues that need fixing. Example: One of the oldest bugs is that the heart icon rarely works when you click it. Feature request: Now that you've added the sorting drop down, it always defaults to newest first. Can you give us a setting where we can control the default? My preference would be oldest first. Allowing us to change the default would be great.
I've used the DC Infinite app since 2019 and paid for yearly access. In that time, it has worked almost without any issues. For the past month or more it has been unusable. I usually download before I read to avoid delays. I can't get anything to download anymore. It says downloading then gives an error. I try to read without downloading but then between pages it takes minutes for a page to load. I have emptied the cache, logged out, in again, reinstalled, no help. Using same device for 3 years.
latest update broke it for my device. Library no longer works and now downloads have stopped working. Contacted customer services and their response was simply that they're aware of the issue.

Constant issues with the pages not loading correctly. You'll see a quarter of the page and the rest is blacked out. No option to reload the page properly, so you can actually enjoy reading the comics. Frustrating to say the least. I don't ever have these issues with marvel unlimited.
I've tried to be patient with the DC Universe Infinite app, but the ongoing issues with downloading Volumes and Omnibuses have become incredibly frustrating. This appears to be a known bug that's been persisting for weeks, and after seeing many similar complaints on Reddit, it's clear the team needs to prioritize a fix. At the Ultra tier price point, the constant bugs simply aren't justifiable-it's hard to recommend the app in its current state. Done going back and forth in e-mails with them.
