terrible customer service.
one of the most scammy overpriced site to buy tickets. they buy all the tickets from the bands website and resell it for 500% the price, and deliver it to you only a day before the gig. if you want to then resell your ticket, you have to do it via the website which will never sell your ticket, unless you price it below the market rates, then they will charge a 25 % or so fee on top, and you must then send it to the new buyer, hoping you get them on time, they do not issue refunds. scams
bought tickets. got notified there was a "problem" got refunded and tickets reposted for almost double original purchase. customer service via phone is non existent. live chat starts out with a bot then you get someone working in a different country with super broken English telling you that your refund has been posted and that you're welcome for the help when they did nothing. Buy tickets LITERALLY anywhere else. I'd take a scalper outside the event instead of using this trash app ever again
Can't believe this app has 33,000 reviews and a 4.7 rating. Can't even hardly find the 5 star reviews listed. I was so excited about purchasing tickets for my kid's birthday to a concert they really wanted to go to and now I won't even know if I'll have tickets until 6 hrs before the show. I tried going through Klarna to get a refund but they said I had to talk to Vivid. Tried talking to them and all I got was a stupid chatbot. Hopefully talk to a real person tomorrow and get a refund.
do not download this app. yes its super easy to use and get tickets, but they will go behind your back and make it worse for you. they were supposed to send me tickets day of the event, and they never did. when I reached out to support 5 times about my tickets, they were unhelpful and still decided to charge me. I did not get to go to the event because they never sent me my ticket and when I tried to file a claim they "made up evidence" that they sent it to me but would not show me the evidence.
horable service, app is extremely difficult to use. don't waste your money like I did.
Didn't get the tickets and no replacements available. A refund is hardly compensation for missing the event. Also bought a Parking Pass thru Vivid which is now a waste. No offer to refund that cost. First and last time I will ever use this service. Terrible experience. Back to Stubhub.
needs work on seeing the seat and selling tickets
I enjoyed concert and the seating was transferred from the flor area upto second level after our payment went through, did not like that at all we were up too high from stage, strained to see, and the steps hurt our knees.
The inability to contact customer service for anything demonstrates their lack of concern for customers. I tried sending an email to their "support" department only to get an automated response telling me "The mailbox you have mailed is not monitored". Then at their "contact us" link there is no option to submit an inquiry. I was offered a 20% discount on tickets I was purchasing, and it said the "discount" would be calculated at checkout. Surprise, at checkout I was charged the full amount.
