Not good business practices. I have been member for 4+ years. Since my boy is grown up, I stopped using the app since 9 months. Yday I saw a credit card alert for annual membership renewal. I reached out to them to see if they can refund my renewal fee and cancel (within mins of credit card being charged) as I no longer use the service. They replied NO as per policy. NOTE: They did send me an email 1 month ago I checked past email. I asked for refund within mins of my credit card being charged.

I am currently having technical difficulty with the app and I reached out to the support department through the app. they gave me limited information on how to fix the issue yet it's still occurring. a client is having technical difficulty trying to book me it states that I'm not available the support representative stated that on my profile that I do not have an availability on my profile which I do and I provided screenshots. the technical support than advised me to use a pc same problem
I love this app, I've been a sitter for a few months and this app truly helps find good families and for good families to find me for child care and other care services.
As a responsible parent updating - Firstly, 80% of the caregivers I have been hiring have been great. The problem is with the 20% who pose a SERIOUS safety risk & I ask myself, is it worth taking the risk? 1. One caregiver was evidently a homeless person & when I reviewed her, she started making false allegations 2. Another was possible identity theft who was later accused of throwing another parent's baby around. I reported both but no actions were taken at the time & were still getting booked

Update: I now have an account that works! Thanks for fixing the account! The app states I have an account but I have never signed up before. It's been 5 days and still no resolution with multiple emails back and forth. Where is the help?
this app should be for all ages that need a job, like a lot of teens could get jobs, but the app is 18 and up to be a caregiver, no, you don't.
It's kinda hard trying to get a job because everybody's trying to do the same thing, and I try to catch as much as I can one, they post that they need to center, but an outcome of everything.It is a wonderful app.It's simple
You need a subscription . To confirm your job, that's stupid.
