needs more variety of things to use

I've tried for three months now to get my cash back in my bank account. Pure scam. Every time it gives me an error message about a disconnect with bank. I redo the connect, it says everything is good, and two days later, opps. There are a lot of issues with this app, plus they run ads saying people can save hundres... nonsense. Look them up on truspilot with 1.5 stars...
I have had this App for along time, and now it won't let me open or use the App at all, I can't even uninstall or reinstall it. please help me with this issue, I have $ 200.00 plus dollars that I have earned. help with this issue.
would get five stars if there was more gas stations available in my area but there's only a few. just wish all gas station would use this That's the reason for the 4*
keeps crashing and I cant even open it and dont know why
When i first started using the app, I did notice my account increasing with every purchase. Over the last year, I barely see the balance move and I literally have spent over 4k in fuel just in the last 30 days. It's gotten so bad, my wife quit using the app because she never has seen her balance increase. Tried to get in touch with customer service but that was useless unless you want to play the never ending game of tag by leaving a message and hoping someone responds.
Not a single gas station in my area. I'm not driving 22 miles to another state to buy gas. Oh well thought I'd give it a try.
app keeps closing everytime I try and claim a savings
So your suppose to automatically know how to ensure you're properly using your...your very first question in your help section should be; " how does it work" or "how to..." etc...but not one, NOT ONE, of the options specify the steps to completing a transaction. Am I suppose to scan my QR code, am I suppose to get a receipt and then upload it, or just simply adding my card to my wallet and selecting it enough? Today is the date given to expect my first cash back but yet I have been given nothing
