This app used to be great. It fails to transcribe the message every time now. It hasn't worked in over a year.

this app deleted saved voicemails from departed loved ones out of the blue with no notification or warning of any kind. absolutely devastating. please use an alternative.

I need to update and when I try to update I get can't install. I've never had this issue before. It's very frustrating. I sent a feedback regarding this issue. Let's see if they can help solve this issue. Now another issue has occurred. When I try to delete I get "Refresh Failed" It's extremely annoying. I don't understand. This needs to get fixed.
