I loved the app. I did an order recently, and they even gave me a little gift! BUT I went to log in my account today and it doesn't let me , showing that another account exist with my email and I cannot press forgot password either as it says it's already used by another social media account. pls help ..and this wasn't the first time that I have encountered login issues

I ordered and got wrong product and I tried to contact the customer care and nothing, I send an email, I sent a complain through the chat with us option on the application for 5 times and also nothing!!! It was my first time to order from the application of StyleKorean and will be the last and really I would never recommend it, an agency with no after sales customer support is the worst thing you can ever face!

they are a SCAM website! don't buy from it! go to yestyle or stylevana! they don't reply, they lie about tracking numbers and refunds! it's been 5 weeks and couldn't get an offical feedback! don't waste your time and money

Edit: Gave the app another shot and it has improved dramatically and I really enjoy using it! It's a lot easier to navigate for sure. Original: Can't even run the app without allowing access to my camera and photos? I understand not being able to leave a photo in a product review, but refusing to launch altogether is wild... I enjoy the website, but I won't be getting the app.

app is very laggy and because of this i am not able to checkout and missed out on deals. I put my address and it is not working and it is not processing further. There is no separate place to save address information. The app keeps signing out. Very laggy. Please do something about this. Why does this app not have option to save address,change currency settings.

The app is glitchy and slow. Tje keyboard does not pop up to type when tapping in the search bar. The update for the 11th anniversary sale makes the app super slow and full of glitches.
