Having recently lost insurance coverage for continued speech therapy for our daughter, we were looking for a program to continue her therapy ourselves, at home. I felt completely lost, alone, and with no idea how to continue therapy with meaningful results. I found this app and it has been a lifesaver. Educational for me as the parent and great activities for our child. There's no other program out there like this that's easily accessible to everyone who needs it. Gives a great support system.

I initially downloaded this app to help my daughter advance her speech ability. Aside from the fact that I don't find the app useful, I was charged an annual membership twice. I have sent four emails regarding this issue and have not gotten a single response. These emails have been spaced out over a 5 week period. Not day after day Still nothing from your support "community" My First AAC App it what we are currently using for those wondering. It is a fraction of the cost as well.

I have never created an account with your service, and I do not believe I am subscribed to your app and doesn't show under my Google subscriptions. I have called your customer service numerous times over the past week and left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I request a full refund of $71.66 as soon as possible.
