it's ok not the best not bad
I have to use this to be able to keep in contact with my loved one. However I cant actually keep in contact because every time I open the text conversation it says "System Issue" "Network Issue Try Again Later" I have cleared the cache, unistalled and reinstalled and it still wont work. This needs to be actually fixed.
calls barely connect...free my man‼️‼️
worst ever. do not use! they take your money, you think you are paying so your family can call you, as you dont get more than a 30sec call in jail folks they cant call you and guess what yu dont get your money back. it sits on a tablet in a jail that you just bailed your kid out of.... no refunds. no help on app. no stars is what they get
the app is only showing jail facilities not prisons, so I can't add my loved ones

This app is terrible. It is not easy to navigate and appears to be another money grab.
I have not been able to login into my account..its been month's.. I don't know what's goin on?
