scent bird needs to be clearer about "joining their service" you have to pay to be in the "club" I don't mind at all paying for the perfumed/fragrances at all.

They say one thing when you get it the first time. As soon as you subscribe, they start charging for things you're supposed to get free.I will never use or recommend this app to anyone they charge me 24.78 cents and i still have to pay i don't got any else in the mail then they told me that a was going to be late oh naw I'm done great way to take people's money 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I will never-ever, ever, ever, ever use this company again in my life. Waited and waited for a lost in transit package, and when they FINALLY decided to make it right by sending a new package, they tell me they're sending it the cheap way. They should be making it right with "priority" you would think, right? It'll be around a month total wait time. Just in time for my next scent, right? I DON'T THINK SO!!! They're customer service sucks!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN👎👎
